The Tool Box brings together women and gender-diverse people working in the building trades. Our theme for the evening is "Wear What Works." We'll start with a runway show of tradeswomen showing off the gear they've found that fits properly and stands up to jobsite wear and tear.
Then, we will hear from Hannah Carlson, senior lecturer in apparel design at the Rhode Island School of Design and the author of Pockets: An Intimate History of How We Keep Things Close.
The event will feature networking, BBR discounts for all sales that evening, and door prizes, including a copy of Pockets.
Refreshments will be provided.
