This a space for Black Femmes + Women to rest collectively. This is an intergenerational & collaborative space with offerings by us and for us. Our mission is to rest, together. We all know we’re in need of it right now more than ever. This group will offer recurring sessions were we can rest, let our guards down, sing, dance, move together, breathe together.
This first sessions will focus on getting to know one another, talking and sharing our lived experiences. Bring snacks, comfy clothes and all that you need to cultivate rest.
