The Power of Patience - a meditation workshop
Saturday, March 2 - 10:00am to 12:30pm
Within Buddha’s teachings patience is so much more than being silently frustrated; it involves cultivating a new perspective on things and awakening your inner wisdom and strength.
Cultivating this beautiful mind of patience will help you and everyone in your world. By changing your mind you can bring more peace and harmony to this world.
During this meditation workshop we will explore a variety of Buddhist teachings and meditations for practicing patient acceptance.
Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators.
Everyone is welcome.
Registration: General ticket $25. Pay at the door or register in advance on the event page on our website: https://www.meditationinboston.org/the-power-of-patience
