Within Buddha’s teachings patience is so much more than being silently frustrated; it involves cultivating a new perspective on things and awakening your inner wisdom and strength.
Cultivating this beautiful mind of patience will help you and everyone in your world. By changing your mind you can bring more peace and harmony to this world.
During this meditation class series we will explore a variety of Buddhist teachings and meditations for practicing patient acceptance.
Each week will include:
March 6 - What is patience?
March 13 - How to become more patient
March 20 - Being patient with ourself
March 27 - How to respond without anger
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
