The Path of the Lotus: Water Flow with Brittney Burgess

The Lotus Flower moves from the mud, nurtured by the elements until it rises and blossoms triumphantly afloat on the water. Like the lotus, each of us needs nourishment from the 4 elements to reach our fullest potential. Join Brittney Burgess for the second of a 4 part, seasonal yoga workshop series (you can take one, you can take all!) to discover your own capacity to rise from the mud into the light. 

Awaken the element of water in this winter workshop as you create flow and discover a deep fluidity and trust that your life is moving exactly as it is meant to. Create deliberate movement, drop resistance, and flow effortlessly as you rediscover your connection to this soft and powerful element. This workshop will empower you to move freely, to release what feels stuck, and to find a deep sense of peace within.

This experience includes a water element meditation, journal prompts, and a powerful, flowing asana practiced in a lightly heated room to awaken your Svadhisthana, or Sacral Chakra.

These seasonal workshops will vary from deeply grounding to highly energizing practices inviting you to discover and embody earth, water, air, and fire in your practice and your life!
