About the Workshop
Learn what science has revealed about the incredible power of creative thinking. Whether you’re a graphic designer, teacher, or engineer; creative thinking is a key component to success. You’ll learn the traits of innovative thinkers and how to further develop those skills on your own. Discover how to come up with new solutions and move past creative blocks. This workshop combines the power of shared experience, movement, and meditation to leave you inspired and reconnected with your creative self.
We're fortunate to host this workshop in the beautifully renovated Piano Craft Gallery in Boston. Lea Baecksteiner's collection "Current Moods" is on exhibit and is a gorgeous, vibrant collection of portraits in modern day life.
This workshop includes a full Vinyasa practice designed for all abilities, a guided meditation, and creative play. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
