Join Dunja Babič and Souleymane Konate, creators of LotSea—an online space for personal transformation and spiritual growth—for an hour of relaxation, reflection, and meditation.
In this program, you will explore:
- A gentle breathing technique to calm your mind and emotions, and relax your body;
- A reflection that focuses on one of the following topics: how to listen to the voice within, how to deal with change, or how to become aware of self-imposed limitations.
- A guided meditation to close the practice.
