At The Lexington, chef Will Gilson serves hearty, thoughtfully sourced dishes like glazed Swedish meatballs with cranberry and mustard, or wild mushroom cavatelli with honeynut squash in a sleek, second-floor dining room overlooking the new Cambridge Crossing neighborhood. It also sports one of the city’s rare roof decks where you might catch the sunset with a Turndown Service (cacao-infused bourbon and Branca Menta) in hand.
