They are both super open and honest with some of the best comedic insight in the business. If you are into comedy you do not want to miss this one!
The Jackie and Laurie Show is a podcast with Jackie Kashian and Laurie Kilmartin. We both started standup in the late 80s (Jackie in Madison WI, Laurie in San Francisco) and never quit. We talk about comedy, women and women in comedy. Because bookers back then never put two women on the same show, we only met 6 years ago.
They are both longtime headlining comedians that have too many credits to mention but I will try anyway. Jackie is the host of "The Dork Forest", Opens for Brian Regan and Maria Bamford and has been seen on "Conan". Laurie is a longtime writer for "Conan" plus has done Stand up on it and also Jimmy Kimmel Live. She has also penned two books "Dead People Suck" & "Sh*tty Mom". They both are just at the top of their game and this will be a very fun night. Hope you can join us. thanks folks!
