As humans, we are social creatures that - in many ways - depend on each other. And one of the most powerful ways to navigate that reality is through verbal communication. Our ability to connect through language is one of the many things that sets us apart but also has the ability to tear us apart if we don’t use it well. This workshop explores the power of communication and how to harness it for good both for yourself (expressing what you need, want, hope for) and those you care about (helping them do the same). Come for an interactive workshop and walk out with tangible tools on how to say what you mean, mean what you say, and be compassionate all the while.


Doors will be open at 6:10pm with light snacks and beverages available.
