Coinneach MacLeod, internet sensation known as the Hebridean Baker, joins us to discuss his latest cookbook, The Hebridean Baker At Home: Flavors & Folklore from the Scottish Islands.
The Hebridean Baker at Home is filled with comforting cakes and bakes like Marmalade Shortbread, Fern Cake, and Ecclefechan Tarts, as well as hearty savory dishes such as Leek Bread & Butter Pudding and Salmon Wellington. Alongside the recipes are stunning photographs that provide a beautiful look at life in the Scottish islands.
This event will also feature a bagpiper, Harris Distillery gin (for those above age), and a Scottish sing-along. We think it'll be a really fun evening that you won't want to miss!
"Filled with beautiful landscape photography of the island and happy portraits of the author, the book is steeped in the welcoming presence of a slower-paced lifestyle and an overall wholesomeness that readers are sure to enjoy."
