Although an ancient spiritual path, the teachings Buddha gave are timeless and universally applicable. For centuries, people have found inspiration, calm and kindness towards others.
In The Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha explains the spiritual path in a clear and simple manner: you should know sufferings, you should abandon origins, you should attain cessations, you should practice the path.
This meditation workshop will explore each of these four profound truths in a way that can inspire us to live more meaningful and dynamic lives.
Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
