The Fed, a British-inspired cocktail pub at The Langham, Boston, invites all whiskey fans to sip their way through a selection of Angels Envy whiskey alongside an four-course meal. On Friday, February 17 at 6:00pm, Angels Envy Whiskey Guardian Jacob Medina will lead guests through a tasting that includes Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in port wine barrels and Rye Whiskey finished in rum barrels, among others, paired with dishes from Chef Stephen Bukoff and Pastry Chef Kerry Levesque. The meal starts with vanilla butter poached lobster, lobster bisque custard and Angels Envy cashew granola followed by maple bruleed bone marrow root chips and house-made pumpernickel; brined pork chop, baked corn cake, stewed prune mole and toasted peanuts; ending with whiskey filled chocolate truffles.
This will be an intimate dinner with 12 guests. Tickets are $115.
