- Scallion corn with micro shrimp

- Chicken confit cabbage salad

- Lemongrass Ginger steam manila clams

- Fluke lemongrass tartare

- Tumeric Monkfish fillet with vermicelli

- Hake fillet or mushroom and tofu with tumeric, lemongrass coconut cashew sauce with sushi rice.
