Enjoy the music and feel the singers' passion in this award-winning film, made here in Massachusetts.
The Drive to Sing is a new award-winning documentary about choirs during the pandemic and the importance of making music together. Through the unique lens of "car choirs," we feel the passion of singers and directors who HAD to find a way to do what they love. The film is family-friendly, full of music, and it especially resonates with anyone who has sung in a choir. Running time: 75 minutes
Featuring choruses from MA, VA, NJ, WI, and Alberta, this uplifting film has been accepted into 12 film festivals and won Best Indie Feature at Oniros Film Awards in New York.
Meet the Marlborough-based filmmakers at the Q&A session afterward. Their work with choirs was featured on the Today Show and in the New York Times.
