The Dial, located in the new 907 Main hotel, is now open offering lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. 907 Main, the highly anticipated boutique hotel, opened on September 9 after delays due to COVID-19. Located in the heart of Central Square, the property features sophisticated and refined amenities including 67 guest rooms, a two-bedroom penthouse, a new restaurant, The Dial, and forthcoming rooftop bar, Blue Owl.
The Dial is a high-energy, urban restaurant and bar with a mid-century, modern vibe offering eclectic food and drink, in a space designed to awaken inner rock stars with Executive Chef Justin Urso at the helm. Both the indoor dining areas and outdoor patio have been adjusted to allow for distanced dining. The outdoor patio also features the “Container Bar”, a refurbished shipping container complete with all bar essentials and outfitted with original painting from local artist, Destiny Palmer.
The Dial offers dinner seven days a week, lunch Monday through Saturday, and a Sunday brunch. The dinner menu features globally inspired snacks, small plates, noodles and mains for indoor and outdoor dining. Guests are welcome to sit on the charming patio in the heart of Central Square while noshing on dishes like Jerk Quail (mango puree and jicama pineapple slaw) Bucatini All ‘amatriciana (guanciale, red onion and spicy tomato sauce) or the Moqueca, a Brazilian shellfish stew (pan seared scallops, rock shrimp, jasmine rice, paprika coconut broth and cassava chips). With numerous gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options on every menu, there is something delectable for every diner at The Dial.
Executive Chef Justin Urso brings over 15 years of culinary experience working under award-winning chefs like Frank McClelland at both L’Espalier and Sel de la Terre. More recently, Justin served as the Chef de Cuisine at STARS at Chatham Bars Inn & Resort and then Chef de Cuisine at Catalyst Restaurant in Cambridge.
The beverage program at The Dial is led by Courtney Nunheimer and features unique libations inspired by classic favorites, as well as wines from around the world and local craft beers.
