Join us for an exciting collaboration between Ashley Mitchell (strength) and Stephen Gresham (yoga) as we raise money for The Courage Campaign, a Boston-based 501c(3) with the mission of empowering students through movement, breathwork, and journaling. Half vinyasa flow and half strength and conditioning, this all-levels class provides a unique opportunity to feel grounded and powerful. Whether you're a long-time supporter or new to The Courage Campaign, this event is open to everyone who wants to contribute to positive change.

(100% of donations go to The Courage Campaign)  

Yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3
