But you do need us to experience the best version of this culinary combo — on March 21st from 1-4pm, The Cheese Shop of Salem is popping up in Ledger's Macomber Room for an afternoon of their favorite cheeses, and a glass of expertly paired wine by Ledger’s Wine Director Scott Lefler.
Chef Daniel Gursha & Kate Holowchik will be making appetizers and desserts exclusively from these special cheeses; Kaltbach Le Cremeux, Aged Bloomsday, and Mycella Blue.
