We are all looking for lasting happiness and we want to be free from problems and suffering permanently. These wishes can be fulfilled through understanding and practicing loving kindness.
With peace and love in our hearts, our relationships become more rewarding and long-lasting and we build the foundation for many good qualities to grow such as compassion, acceptance, empathy and patience.
This meditation class will introduce the fundamentals of meditation and explore a series of amazing contemplations that Buddha taught to access our mind of loving kindness. These help us overcome the various ways of thinking that keep us stuck.
