Indian cuisine is just as expansive as European cuisine. Deepak will choose a variety of North Indian dishes known as the Punjab from his book to show you how to make a delicious full meal. In this online class, you'll learn how to cook chicken dish, a few vegetable sides, accompaniments, different breads, and end with mango ice cream while discussing the ancestry and origins of cuisine from all parts of India. Tuition includes Deepak’s 52-page Indian Cookbook.
