The Beehive is known for great jazz performances! On Wednesday nights, we are bringing you jazz performances live from The Beehive stage so you can enjoy Beehive music from the comfort of your home.
We have an extensive list of innovative musicians on our roster, and they're working on some big things to spread some love and comfort (virtually, of course)!
To kick us off, we have Yulia Musayelyan Quartet presenting music off of her new unreleased album "Unsaid" (set to release on June 19th, 2020).
Yulia Musayelyan is a flutist and composer, originally from Moscow, Russia. Her compositions combine world folk music idioms, metric and groove complexity, and jazz harmony and improvisation for a modern sound that fuses the past and present. The group features Maxim Lubarsky on piano, Fernando Huergo on bass, and Mark Walker on drums.
