Brews and views is the theme this year at The Beehive in celebration of the Boston PRIDE Parade this Saturday, June 10th, 2017! Conveniently located along the parade route of the Boston Center for the Arts patio, the South End’s hot spot for brunch, dinner, al fresco dining and live music, will host their first ever PRIDE Beer Garden in partnership with Harpoon Brewery from 9:30AM-2:00AM, allowing parade-goers a prime spot to sip on Harpoon’s seasonal brews and nosh on The Beehive’s signature dishes while taking in the festivities all-day long.
From 9:30AM – 3:30PM guests dining al fresco can enjoy signature brunch dishes prepared by Executive Chef Gregory Torrech that include Crispy Smoked Salmon Cake with poached egg and hollandaise ($16), Poutine topped with short rib and served with poached eggs ($16.50), or Homemade Belgium Waffles with chocolate and mascarpone ($14.50).
Later in the day, refuel from the day’s festivities and party on through the evening with selections from Beehive’s dinner menu that include Summer Chicken Cassoulet with bacon, sausage, white beans and carrots ($26), Roasted Skate with asparagus, pesto and burrata ($24) and Duck Au Poivre with mustard jus, pickles and schmaltz fried rice ($31). Whether it is for pre-parade brunch or a post-parade dinner, The Beehive has parade-goers covered with a colorful menu and entertainment without having to leave the parade route.
