Learn about the basics of sake brewing, and the culture surrounding sake drinking in Japan. To add to the fun, join us in writing a haiku about your sake tasting experience. Participants will be invited to share haikus with the class.


Each session is one Sake Brewery and the tasting event lasts 1.5h. Participants will have a chance to taste 5 different types of sake per event (exact types subject to change according to availability). Light appetizers will be provided.


Kikusui Tasting Events: Saturday Oct 8 @ 4-530pm and Sunday Oct 9 @ 2-330pm


Tasting selection: Kikusui Sakamai, Kikusui Junmai Ginjo, Kikusui Funaguchi, Kikusui Junmai, Kikusui Jukusei Aged


Dassai Tasting Events: Saturday Oct 8 @ 6-730pm and Sunday Oct 9 @ 4-530pm


Tasting selection: Dassai 23, Dassai 39, Dassai 50, Dassai Nigori, Dassai Sparkling
