The Arlington Friends of the Drama (AFD) is thrilled to be able to welcome patrons back to the theatre. The All Night Strut will kick off the 2021-2022 season.


The All Night Strut! is a celebration of music from the 1930s and 1940s, moving us through the Depression, World War II and post-war boom. Music during this time was a symbol of hope amidst despair. Today it continues to inspire, lighten our spirit, and offer a brief escape.
As we look back at the last 18-months and the many challenges we’ve faced, I can’t think of a better way to return to live-theatre than by taking a walk down memory lane during the time of the “Greatest Generation” as we reflect on our own lives today.
This production is filled with a variety of musical styles written by legendary greats. You will, no doubt, be tapping your toes and dancing in your seats when you watch this amazing cast. They deliver heartfelt performances and have inspired me throughout the rehearsal process.
So, get “In the Mood”, “Dream” a little and enjoy this magical journey.

COVID-19 Update and Safety Measures
AFD carefully monitors CDC guidelines for COVID-19 on a regular basis. We will continue to update procedures and protocols and encourage you to visit our website for updated information prior to your performance.
Proof of Vaccination is required for indoor performances. Patrons are asked to present their proof of vaccination at point of entry (physical card or photo).
Masks are now required indoors by the town of Arlington.
There is no distancing between parties.
Hand sanitizer stations will be placed at various locations.
