Celebrate Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends at The International. Chef Nemeroff and The International culinary team have created a dinner for you that combines the warmth and love of home-cooked tradition with our own elegant “International” style. Regular dinner menu is also available.

Apple and Walnut Salad
mixed greens, local apple, walnuts, two year cheddar, toasted sun flower seeds, tahini cider vinaigrette
3rd Course
Sage and Citrus Rubbed Roasted Bobs Turkey Farm Turkey
roasted acorn squash, whipped Yukon potato, roasted green beans with pearl onion and mushrooms, sausage and caramelized onion stuffing, fresh whole cape cranberry sauce, sage gravy
4th Course
Apple Pecan Bread Pudding
bourbon maple glaze, vanilla ice cream
