Called "South Africa's finest female contemporary singer" by The Guardian, Thandiswa Mazwai is known for her electrifying performances. She effortlessly channels legends such as Miriam Makeba, Busi Mhlongo, and Hugh Masekela with compositions that include traditional xhosa music, mbaqanga, and jazz.
