The Blue Ox invites guests to an exclusive Tequila Dinner, featuring a thoughtfully curated multi-course meal designed to elevate each flavor with expertly paired tequilas. This unforgettable evening includes two signature cocktails, three tequila tastings, and six delectable courses. 

On Wednesday, February 26th, guests can indulge in the tequila dinner starting at 6:00 PM. This multi-course meal will include an amuse and cocktail reception, followed by a first, second, third, and fourth course, finished off with dessert and cocktail. The menu will include: 


Amuse & Cocktail Reception: Clarified Cucumber Sea Salt Margarita (Tequila Ocho, Plata, English cucumber, agave, lime and sea salt) served with a Cacao Avocado Mousse featuring chili, salt, and lime

First: Shrimp Aguachile “Ceviche” featuring cucumber, red onion, lime, and plantain chips 

Second: Tequila Ocho Plata tasting paired with Goat Cheese Pearls enrobed with beet jelly, baby arugula and served with crostini

Third: Tequila Ocho Reposado tasting paired with a Grilled Caesar Salad made with grilled romaine hearts, house Caesar dressing, white anchovy, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan crisps

Fourth: Tequila Ocho Anejo tasting paired with a Pork Belly Roulade, crafted with ancho chili, spices, ground pork, apple & potato hash, and tequila-based broccoli rabe 

Dessert & Cocktail: Tequila Ocho Reposado Espresso Martini (Ocho reposado, fresh espresso, Ox-lua coffee liqueur, agave) served with house-made churros with cinnamon & sugar and ancho chili chocolate sauce
