Every global cuisine has a hand pie that’s a local favorite, both sweet and savory. In this hands-on cooking class, teens will make three different hand pies enjoyed by other teens around the world. Chef Thi will teach how to make three different doughs from scratch to create cheese and beef empanadas from Latin America, vegetable hand pies with an Asian flair and a U.S. sweet treat, cherry chocolate hand pies. Yummy!
