for one night only... a "tasting menu" in a cheese shop!
In our multi-course “tasting menu” style class, we play chef, bev director, server, and maitre’d for a night. Cheese focused and meal centered, these menus are never the same and always full of flavor. This class is more intimate, more filling, and more foodie-focused. If you’ve attended a BLINDFOLDED:... event with us before, you’ll enjoy this (and you’ll see all your food in real time!)
Class ticket includes four tasting-menu style courses with wine/drink, interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
