Victory Point in Marina Bay (332 Victory Road, Marina Bay, Quincy, Mass.) offers the secrets to classic Italian dishes each month during its fun and festive "Cuciniamo!" (Let's Cook) classes under the tutelage of award-winning executive chef Pino Maffeo.
The November 12 class will be highlighted by A Feast of Italian Turkey Day Flavors.

Students will prepare for a delicious Italian-inspired Thanksgiving by learning to make turkey braciolettini, a rolled breast stuffed with savory Italian cheeses and imported prosciutto, seasoned with garlic, lemons and capers and served with their own handmade, hand-cut linguine.
Guests at each "Cuciniamo!" class learn the secrets to classic Italian fare, including handmade pastas, savory sauces and classic seasonal secondi.
In addition to rolling out handmade pastas and preparing traditional sauces, students also learn each month about Italian family culinary traditions.
Cuciniamo! classes are held at Victory Point’s private upstairs Victory Room, offering sweeping views of Boston Harbor, the harbor islands and the yachts below. Students enjoy learning to cook while sipping perfectly paired wines.
The newest round of classses feature enhanced distancing and safety standards for the benefit of each attendee and their loved ones.
All students will enjoy the dishes they just created at the end of class, while heading home with recipes and samples of their food.
The cost is $75 per student, which includes all necessary ingredients, tools and utensils, plus cheese board appetizers, personal protective equipment for each guest, and cash bar. The classes will be held monthly with special-event lessons in between.
The December class (tickets not yet available) will feature a seafood-flavored Christmas, focusing on the traditional Italian Feast of Seven Fishes (Thurday, Dec. 10).
