An annual celebration of all things Swiss – featuring traditional and contemporary Swiss favorites including specialty cocktails and wines, hors d’oeuvres, a roesti station, raclette table, and a sumptuous dessert display prepared by 75 on Courthouse Square Executive Chef Markus Ripperger, a proud Swissman himself. Menu highlights include duck strudel, zuger kirschtorte, and Swiss chocolate soup. Drink, mingle, and converse in the warm and friendly ambiance of 75 on Courthouse Square. Sponsors include Swissbäkers, Kitchen Wares, Friends of Switzerland, and Swissnex Boston. It’s a night of food, fun, magic, and music celebrating the culinary and hospitality traditions and heritage of Boston’s Swiss community.
