Lauren Berry of Sweet Botanical Bakes - a flower-powered local cookie business - will be in the Curio Spice Lab for a pop-up! Think rich, buttery-cookies adorned with flowers from a spring field. Lauren will be selling some of her favorite flavors, sampling out some new ones made with Curio's very own spices, and doling out joy to all. An opportunity to treat yourself to something decadent, make a new friend, or grab something sweet for your mom on Mother's Day.

This is an open-house style event, where guests are invited to come say hello to a local, like-minded business in Curio's lab space.


Sweet Botanical Bakes is a lady owned small business in Medford, MA specializing in buttery shortbread cookies made with edible flowers. She values spending time with nature and learning more about plants native to the New England area. These handmade confections are sure to surprise and delight with a variety of flavors such as Strawberry Sumac, Pistachio Rose, or Toffee Coffee with Dandelion. To give back to the earth, she donates five percent of all proceeds to local community gardens, Seed Savers Exchange, and United Plant Savers, and more.
