Taught by Robert Groves. Robert is a 20+ year veteran of the Food & Beverage Industry with Hilton Hotels & resorts. He has fine tuned his sushi skills by studying under a sushi chef. He will be assisted by Chef Brandon Lam, The VERVE Hotel's Banquet Chef. Chef Lam has more than 10 years of culinary experience and is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
