We’ll have fun creating the art of rolling sushi in this online interactive class with Yoshiko, our Japanese cooking instructor. You will learn every step from preparing ingredients and cooking each sushi component including sushi rice and Japanese egg roll (tamago). You’ll also learn how to roll and properly cut California roll and hoso maki. You’ll receive the recipe to make the sushi rice that has to be done before class. You’ll receive a zoom link and a recipe packet including kitchen tools and sushi mat prior to the class. This class is not using raw fish. The imitation crab will be optional to use.
