Spend your Sunday Morning at The Sweetbay Shop for a private gentle flow yoga class with guided flower-inspired meditation by Amy Sinclair, followed by make-your-own Sunflower bouquets from the flower bar! This class is beginner friendly, and modifiable for any physical limitations. Liz of Sweetbay, will be there to cultivate the experience, and explain the unique and beautiful flowers she has chosen for the bouquets.


You will also receive 15% off any purchases you make in the shop.


Space is limited to 9 participants, please bring a yoga mat (let us know if you need to borrow one!)
