It’s the summer of seafood at Abe & Louie’s as they debut a new feature menu to be enjoyed on their scenic floral-lined patio along Boylston Street. Keeping it light and fresh, “Summer Wine & Dine” showcases treasures from the sea with their perfect pairings.
Through September 4, the “Summer Wine & Dine” offerings highlight a trio of seasonal creations – two starters and an entrée – designed by executive chef Mark Mariano:
· Corn Gazpacho with crab relish, basil oil ($19)
· Nova Scotia Salmon Tartare with avocado, cucumber, truffle-ponzu ($21)
· Day Boat Diver Scallops with crispy zucchini, shishito peppers, tomato vinaigrette ($47)
To complement the seafood delights, wine director Benny Appleby has curated a selection of three peak summertime sparkling wines:
· Gruet Sauvage Blanc de Blancs, New Mexico ($13)
· Obsidian Wine Co. Pezsgő Sparkling Pinot ($15)
