About Jessalynn, Owner/Founder, Whole Health Wellness
Jess's classes are fun, engaging, and adaptable to suit all levels. She is committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. Jessalynn especially enjoys incorporating meditation and breathing practices into her classes, as breath and mindfulness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its postures, or asanas. She has experience teaching individuals of all ages, experience levels, and abilities.
Jessalynn received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Bali Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia, and trained under teachers from the Himalayan Yoga Association of Rishikesh. Their deep-rooted, authentic instruction and the tranquil setting of the Southeast Pacific allowed her to truly immerse herself in this learning experience and gain a deeper appreciation for the practice.
Jessalynn's company, Whole Health Wellness, offers customized employee wellness programs with a holistic approach. Services include (but aren't limited to): virtual and on-site fitness, mindfulness, and meditation classes, nutrition counseling and workshops, healthy cooking demos and lunch & learns, health coaching, workplace wellness challenges, and corporate wellness retreats. About Amanda, of Amanda Lee Yoga
Amanda Lee is a Boston-based yoga teacher and wellness facilitator helping busy humans slow down and recharge their batteries through movement and breath work. The practice of yoga and meditation, along with an entrepreneurial background in sales and business development, offered her a synchronistic opportunity to merge many of her longtime loves, as well as integrate the intentional, holistic lifestyle she has cultivated over the years. The result is a fruitful toolbox of healthy coping mechanisms for stress reduction, grounding, and finding balance.
She encourages students to slow down through mindful movement, restorative postures, breath practices and meditation. Amanda is passionate about sharing simple and effective self-care practices so that others may enhance their own toolbox that they can tap into on a moment’s notice.
