What better way to spend time before dinner than with an amazing workout with your family? Classes are designed to create bonding experiences, encourage healthy habits and to teach new fitness activities. This class is open to everyone, so don’t feel like you have to come with your family- all participants will have a great time and walk away feeling stronger than when they arrived.
