From 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, October 4, join three experts in a in lively discussion of civics and democracy and the three branches of American government. The panel includes former US Congressional Representative from Massachusetts, Michael Capuano; lawyer, educator, and former Carter White House Deputy Counsel Margaret McKenna; and former US Supreme Court Fellow and Clark University professor Mark Miller. Explore social controversies and examine the fundamental ideas at work in the institutions of the US government to support becoming engaged citizens. This panel is presented by Lesley University’s Center for Advanced Professional Studies.
