Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of bands like Sleep, Monolord and More! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!


This will be all levels and inside in the taproom of Bone Up! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
