Let's explore Fowl Meadows, which is part of several towns! We'll look for ducks, hawks, Bald Eagles, and spring migrants. Fowl Meadow is a fantastic birding destination in any season. We will meet at Boston Nature Center (BNC) and carpool from there at 7:45am sharp. At BNC, you can decide to carpool with others, or there is the option of using the Mass Audubon van (7 people max). If you decide to meet us there, we will park at the intersection of Neponset Valley Parkway and Brush Hill Rd. in Milton (put Burma Trail Parking in GPS). I will send out an email close to the walk date with more information and to verify if you are carpooling or meeting there. Dress warmly and bring binoculars!
PLEASE NOTE:
This program will be held outdoors, so please bring rain and cold weather gear as needed. In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the event.
PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Participants are required to wear a face covering indoors and follow social distancing guidelines.
$15.00 for members, $20.00 for nonmembers.
This program is free if you are a member of Dot Rx. Please email [email protected] to register.
