What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with a bottle of sparkling wine and a decadent box of chocolates? We will have just that at Central Bottle Wine + Provisions for a special tasting featuring our Sao Tome bonbon: a rich dark single plantation chocolate paired with various sparklings ranging from Champagne to Cremant to Montlouis to Lambrusco.


We will also sample our French Sipping Chocolate (Le Chocolat Chaud): a dark, rich and not very sweet hot chocolate made with a blend of Valrhona Chocolate solid dark and milk chocolates and cocoa powder. We'll be spiking it with a red vermouth for a wonderful late night treat!
