Join us as we explore the world of traditional Spanish desserts, steeped in regional traditions from the Iberian peninsula. We will prepare a Tarta de Queso de la Vina (burnt Basque cheesecake), Tarta De Santiago, Gateau Basque, and the traditional Pantxineta (Basque puff pastry with cream). Instructor: Sabrina Pashtan
