Join The Training Lab for Southie Step Aerobics! Starting on 9/15 we will be hosting step aerobics classes on Sundays at 9:30 am for the month of September! This won't be your typical step aerobics class, our classes are set to hip hop and upbeat music. You'll be sure to work up a sweat and won't even feel like you're working out!
