School of HONK! descends upon the island, filling Fort Warren with music!
Stomp your feet to the infectious beat of New Orleans jazz, swing, and big band music brought to you by Boston’s favorite community brass ensemble.
*NOTE* This event is free of charge, but you must purchase ferry tickets separately.
About School of HONK!: School of HONK! is a place to learn and play together. Comprised of people of all ages and musical backgrounds, band members have joined together to parade, loud and proud, through Somerville neighborhoods on Sunday afternoons, playing brass street music for fun and to help heal and unite the community.
