Join us on Sun, March 26 3-4:15pm at QArts Gallery for a soothing sound bath, blissful guided meditation and Reiki energy healing surrounded by the gallery’s beautiful artwork. Our session is designed to help you release stress, anxiety & limitations of all kinds, achieve greater focus and awareness, as well as alignment with your purpose for ultimate health & wellbeing! Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat (or towel with a blanket & pillow if desired), and a bottle of water.

  

QArts Gallery is located at 1229 Hancock St, Quincy MA 02169.
