Please join us May 25 at 8pm at The Church of the Covenant for Boston New Music Initiative's core ensemble directed by John Masko, as we perform music that explores the ideas of Sound, Image and Gesture in meaningful and unique ways. Highlights include the world premiere of a brand new work written for BNMI by Yangfan Xu titled “Make Way For Ducklings”, Vera Ivanova’s “Children’s Games” which uses toy instruments in interesting ways, and Jia Yi Lee’s “pull” which uses found objects made of various materials to create music.
