Come and relax, let go, and open your heart

 

Join Mandy and Frances for an evening of healing, nourishment, and rejuvenation. You will be lying down comfortably for this experience. After breathwork and intention setting, Mandy will begin playing the sacred instruments (sound bowls). At times Mandy will walk around and play the sound over you. You will feel the energy shift and move through you as the vibrations balance and restore your energy field. 

 

In addition, during the sound bath, Frances will come around and offer Reiki through gentle touch on the head or feet, or without touch, as preferred. Translated from Japanese, Reiki literally means universal life energy. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels this energy to empower the recipient’s natural healing processes. 

 

Together, the sacred healing vibrations of the sound bowls and the Reiki will send you into a deep meditation. They will soothe your body and calm your mind, creating a state of mindfulness, and reflection. In this state, the human body's natural healing processes are strengthened and accelerated for optimal self-healing. This process can help with letting go of trauma, anxiety and pain, while opening your heart and flooding your body with loving healing energy!

Dress comfortably and in cozy, warm layers. Bolsters and blankets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
