This class teaches and guides parents to look at challenges they face everyday in a new perspective. Participants will take a look at a variety of ways of integrating spiritual (non-denominational and also very natural) strategies, tools and ideas into our parenting repertoire. It’s teaching parents to trust themselves and to parent from inside out rather than a set of imposed rights and wrongs. It will help parents to feel more empowered, confident and content, not only with their children but with life. There will be plenty of time in class to discuss individual challenges and to look at them in a deeper, more authentic view. Through this class parents are introduced to becoming a more authentic, happier self which in return is passed down to their children!
