In this round of looking back on the previous year in cinema we’re excited to highlight three new films that have been printed onto 35mm (WONDER WOMAN, DUNKIRK, and The Safdie Brothers’ GOOD TIME) but there’s also plenty to celebrate that will be screening digitally! Our picks for some of the highlights of 2017 include a Southern Gothic potboiler, a Victorian England potboiler, R-Rated comic book heroes, two cinematic stories that span decades, sensitive family dramas, one raunchy girls’ night out, an unapologetically audacious cinematic freak-out, and more!
